Shipping, Return and Warranty

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Certified Checks assure your quickest delivery. On COD orders, UPS accepts Certified Checks or Money Orders ONLY upon delivery for the entirety of the order and COD charges, unless a check is indicated as acceptable. The case is the same with some of our long-standing, repeat customers.

All payments processed through the web go through our secure server for your security. If you prefer to call us, we can also handle your needs.

All AC kits carry a 1 year warranty on all parts. This warranty starts at time of installation on your vehicle, NOT at time of purchase. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back upon return of merchandise to Rainbow Products. There are no representations, warranties, or conditions expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, except those herein contained. Rainbow Products will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by misuse of any of our products that we manufacture or sell. Our liability will end with the repair or replacement of the part if found to be defective.

This warranty does not cover any defect which is the result of improper installation, improper maintenance or modification of the unit or any of its components by purchaser. Normal wear of service items shall not be considered defects under this warranty.

Almost all of our shipments are via UPS. Customer pays all freight charges. UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day are also available at additional charge.

All returns MUST be pre-approved and returned to Rainbow Products within 30 days of purchase.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all merchandise returned.

For all credit card sales, 15% of item plus shipping will be all that is charged.
